Séverine , a former professional dancer, has been a Pilates instructor (Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates) over 20 years at her studio, Body Work. She also practices meditation and journaling, and holds a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga certification.

— Myriam —
Myriam ,a former marketing director, has practiced Ashtanga Yoga for more than 14 years and is trained in anatomy and skin physiology. She teaches self-massage techniques for the face and neck and holds both a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga certification and a 70-hour Yin Yoga certification.
